Car
If you are driving, start on the A1 highway towards Lausanne. Exit at 'Lausanne-Vennes' and follow signs for 'Ecublens'. Continue on Route d'Ecublens, and make sure to keep left at the fork to stay on Route d'Ecublens. The castle is located at Rte d'Ecublens 8, 1026 Echandens. There is limited street parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
For public transportation, take a train from your current location in Vaud to Lausanne. Once at Lausanne train station, transfer to the metro line M1 towards 'Renens'. Get off at the 'Ecublens' station. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to Echandens Castle. Exit the station, head northeast on Avenue du Chablais, then turn right onto Route d'Ecublens. The castle will be on your left at Rte d'Ecublens 8.
Walking from Ecublens Station
If you choose to walk from Ecublens station, upon exiting, head northeast on Avenue du Chablais for about 300 meters. Then, turn right onto Route d'Ecublens. Continue walking for approximately 800 meters, and you will arrive at Echandens Castle located at Rte d'Ecublens 8, 1026 Echandens.
