Car
From Verbier, head west on Route de Verbier towards Route des Creux. Continue on Route de Verbier for about 7 km until you reach the roundabout at Le Châble. Take the second exit onto Route de Martigny (N21) and follow it for approximately 12 km. Take the exit towards Passy/Chamonix (N205) and merge onto N205. Follow the signs for Passy. Once you are in Passy, look for signs directing you to 'Lac Vert'. The lake is located just off the main road, and you should find parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
From Verbier, take the bus from the Verbier bus station towards Le Châble. Once at Le Châble, transfer to a train at the Le Châble station heading towards Martigny. Get off at the Passy train station. From the train station, you can take a local bus or taxi to 'Lac Vert'. If taking the bus, look for the bus line that heads towards the Passy area, and ask the driver to drop you off near 'Lac Vert'. The lake is a short walk from the bus stop.
