Getting There

Walking
From the Vevey train station, exit the station and head towards the lake. Follow the lakeside promenade (Quai Perdonnet) towards the east. Continue walking along the promenade for about 20 minutes, enjoying the beautiful views of Lake Geneva. You will pass by the Vevey's famous Charlie Chaplin statue along the way. Once you reach Veytaux, follow the signs for Chillon Castle (Château de Chillon). The castle is located at Av. de Chillon 21, and you will see it on your right as you approach.

From the Vevey train station, take bus line 201 or 204 towards Montreux. Get off at the 'Château de Chillon' stop. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes. From the bus stop, walk towards the lake, and you will see the entrance to Chillon Castle directly in front of you at Av. de Chillon 21.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Vevey. Start at the Vevey train station and head east along the lakeside bike path. Follow the route along the lake for about 3 kilometers, which should take around 10-15 minutes. As you approach Veytaux, look for signs directing you to Chillon Castle.
