Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Vevey train station, exit towards the main street (Grand Rue). Walk straight down Grand Rue until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Gare. Turn left onto Rue de la Gare and continue walking until you reach the bus stop 'Vevey, Gare.' Take bus number 211 towards Puidoux-Chexbres. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the stop 'Puidoux, Tour de Marsens.' From the bus stop, walk up the chemin de Tour de Marsens for about 10 minutes, following the signs towards Marsens-Turm. The tower will be straight ahead once you reach the top of the hill.

  • Biking

    If you have access to a bike, you can rent one at the Vevey train station. Start by heading towards the lakeside promenade and follow it east until you reach the bike path that leads to Puidoux. This route is scenic and takes you along the vineyards. Continue biking for about 30 minutes until you reach Puidoux. Once in Puidoux, follow the signs to Marsens-Turm, which is located on chemin de Tour de Marsens. The path will lead you uphill to the tower, which should take about 10 minutes from the village.

    From your location in Vevey, walk to the Vevey train station. Board a train towards Lausanne and get off at Puidoux-Chexbres station (the journey takes about 10 minutes). Upon arrival, exit the station and look for bus stop 'Puidoux, Gare.' Take bus number 211 towards Puidoux-Chexbres. After about 5 minutes, get off at 'Puidoux, Tour de Marsens.' From the bus stop, walk up chemin de Tour de Marsens for about 10 minutes until you reach Marsens-Turm.
