From Vevey train station, take a train towards Montreux. You will need to get off at the Montreux station, which is only a few stops away. Once you arrive at Montreux, check the signs for the train to Gruyères (Trains to Bulle or Palézieux usually stop at Gruyères). The journey to Gruyères takes approximately 40 minutes. Once in Gruyères, follow the signs to the Moléson cable car station.

After arriving at Montreux, you can take a local bus from the Montreux bus station. Look for bus number 210, which goes directly to Gruyères. The bus journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the Gruyères stop, and from there, you can walk to the Moléson cable car station. It’s a short, well-signposted walk.
