Walking
From the center of Vevey, head towards the Vevey train station (Gare de Vevey). Exit the train station and walk towards the Promenade, following the lakeshore. Continue along the Promenade until you reach the Montreux sign, which is about a 30-minute walk. Once you reach Montreux, you will find the entrance to Sentier De Montagne (Sent. des Gorges du Chauderon) located near the start of the trails leading into the mountains. The trailhead is well-marked and offers breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding area.

Train
From Vevey station, take a train towards Montreux (trains run frequently). The journey takes about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at Montreux station, exit the station and head towards the lakeside. Walk along the promenade until you see signs for Sentier De Montagne (Sent. des Gorges du Chauderon), which is a short walk from the station. The trailhead is accessible and clearly marked.

Public Transport
You can take the bus from Vevey to Montreux. Board the bus number 201 or 204 at the Vevey bus stop, which is located near the train station. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive in Montreux, disembark at the Montreux stop and walk towards the lakeshore. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach the entrance to Sentier De Montagne (Sent. des Gorges du Chauderon). Follow the signs leading to the trailhead.
