If you are driving from Lausanne, take the A9 motorway heading east. Follow the signs for Montreux/Chillon. After about 30 minutes, take exit 63 for Montreux. Continue on Route 100, following the signs for Chillon Castle. The castle is located at Av. de Chillon 21, 1820 Veytaux, and you will find parking available nearby (approximately CHF 2 per hour).

If you prefer public transportation, start by taking a train from Lausanne to Montreux. Trains run frequently and the journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Montreux station, exit and walk towards Lake Geneva. Follow the lakeside promenade for about 30 minutes, and you will reach Chillon Castle. Alternatively, you can take bus line 201 from Montreux station directly to 'Chillon' bus stop, which is only a few minutes' ride.
