Walking
Start at the Vevey train station (Gare de Vevey). Head east on Rue de la Gare. After about 200 meters, turn left onto Avenue de la Gare. Continue straight for about 350 meters until you reach the waterfront. Here, you will see the beautiful Lake Geneva. Turn right and walk along the lakeside promenade (Quai Perdonnet) for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several parks and enjoy the stunning views of the lake and mountains. When you reach the end of the promenade, you will find yourself at the Freddie Mercury statue located at Place du Marché in Montreux. The statue is about a 20-minute walk from the train station.
