Walking
From the center of Wengen, head towards the train station. Follow the signs to the Lauterbrunnen station. The walk should take about 15 minutes. Once at the train station, purchase a ticket for the train to Lauterbrunnen. This ticket will cost around CHF 10. After arriving in Lauterbrunnen, you'll find the bus stop right outside the station. Catch the bus heading towards Mürren and ask the driver to drop you off at the Allmendhubel stop, which is the starting point for the Flower Trail.

From Wengen, walk to the train station and take the train to Lauterbrunnen, costing approximately CHF 10. Upon arrival at Lauterbrunnen station, transfer to the local bus service that will take you to the Allmendhubel.
