Tickets can be purchased at the station or via the SBB mobile app, costing approximately CHF 5-10 depending on your starting location. Once you arrive at Zürich Hauptbahnhof, ShopVille is directly accessible from the train station, located in the basement level.

  If you are near the Zurich Lake area, you can also take a tram or bus to reach Zürich Hauptbahnhof. Trams are frequent, and you can check the nearest tram stop (like Paradeplatz or Central) for lines 4, 6, 10, or 11 that go to the main station.
