Train
If you are in Zurich, head to Zurich HB (the main train station). From there, take a direct train to Lucerne (Luzern). The journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Lucerne station, exit the station and walk straight towards the lake (Lake Lucerne). After about 10 minutes of walking along the lake, you will reach St. Leodegarstrasse. Turn right onto St. Leodegarstrasse, and the Hofkirche St. Leodegar will be on your left.

From Zurich, take the train to Lucerne (Luzern). After arriving at the Lucerne train station, you can take bus number 1 or 2 from the bus terminal adjacent to the station. Both buses will take you to the stop 'Hofkirche'. The bus ride takes about 10 minutes. After getting off at 'Hofkirche', you will see the church right in front of you.
