Luftseilbahn Adliswil-Felsenegg, usually called the Felseneggbahn, is a public aerial cable car linking Adliswil with Felsenegg on the Albis ridge above Lake Zurich. It is the only public cable car in the canton of Zurich, and it works as both local transport and a low-effort excursion. The ride is brief, but it opens directly onto a ridge landscape that feels far removed from the suburbs below.

The setting and the ride

The lower station sits in Adliswil in the Sihl Valley; the upper station is on a wooded ridge at around 803 metres.
