Getting There

• Train

  From Zurich Hauptbahnhof (main station), take a direct train to Winterthur. The trains to Winterthur run frequently, approximately every 15 minutes. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Winterthur Bahnhof, exit the train and follow the signs to the city center. It’s a short 10-minute walk to the Reformierte Stadtkirche. Head southwest on Bahnhofstrasse, then turn left onto Stadthausstrasse, and continue straight until you reach Kirchplatz.

• Tram

  If you prefer to travel by tram, you can take tram line 4 from Zurich to Winterthur. Board the tram at the nearest tram stop to your location in Zurich, and ride it until you reach Winterthur. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Winterthur, disembark and walk to Kirchplatz, where the Reformierte Stadtkirche is located.

• Bus

  You can also take a bus from Zurich to Winterthur. Check the local bus schedule for routes that head to Winterthur, such as bus line X. The bus will take about 35-40 minutes. Upon arriving at Winterthur, follow the signs towards the city center and walk to Kirchplatz to find the Reformierte Stadtkirche.

• Walking

  If you are staying in the vicinity of Winterthur or prefer to explore the area on foot, you can walk to the Reformierte Stadtkirche from any nearby location. Simply navigate towards Kirchplatz, which is centrally located in Winterthur. The church is easily recognizable and surrounded by charming architecture.
