    Getting There

    Train

    From Zurich Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take a train towards Arth-Goldau. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Arth-Goldau, follow the signs to the Rigi cogwheel train station, which is just a short walk from the train station. Purchase a ticket for the Rigi Bahn at the station and board the train heading up to Rigi Kulm. The ride offers stunning views and takes approximately 30 minutes.

    Boat

    From Zurich, head to the Burkliplatz ferry terminal, which is located near the lake. Take a boat towards Weggis or Vitznau, which will take about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at either Weggis or Vitznau, follow the signs to the Rigi cogwheel train station. From there, you can take the Rigi Bahn to Rigi Kulm. This route also offers breathtaking views of Lake Zurich and the surrounding mountains.

    Public Transport

    You can also take tram line 4 from Zurich to the Bahnhof Tiefenbrunnen stop. From there, transfer to bus number 161 towards Rüschlikon. Get off at the Rüschlikon stop and walk to the Rüschlikon ferry terminal. Take a ferry to Weggis and then follow the same steps to take the Rigi Bahn to Rigi Kulm. The total journey will take about 1.5 to 2 hours.
