If you are starting from Zürich Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take tram line 6 towards Zoo. The tram stop is located directly outside the main entrance of the station. Ride the tram for about 15 minutes and get off at 'Zoo' stop. From the tram stop, it's just a short walk (about 5 minutes) to the entrance of Zoo Zürich, which is located at Zürichbergstrasse 221.

From the city center, you can take bus line 33 from the stop 'Central' towards 'Zürich, Zoo'. The ride takes approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Zoo' stop and walk for about 5 minutes to reach the entrance at Zürichbergstrasse 221.

Walking
If you are nearby, walking to Zoo Zürich can be quite pleasant. From the 'Utoquai' lakeside area, head northeast along the lakeshore, then turn left onto 'Zürichbergstrasse'. Continue walking up the hill for about 20-25 minutes. The zoo entrance will be on your right at Zürichbergstrasse 221.

For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing services in Zurich. Start at Helvetiaplatz and bike along the designated bike lanes towards the zoo. Follow the signs towards 'Zürichberg'. The ride will take around 15 minutes. There are bike racks available at the zoo entrance.
