If you're starting from the Dushanbe Opera and Ballet Theatre, head east on Ismoili Somoni Street until you reach Rudaki Avenue. Turn right onto Rudaki Avenue and continue walking straight for about 700 meters. Rudaki Park will be on your left, just past the National Museum of Tajikistan.

From the Dushanbe Central Park, exit towards Rudaki Avenue and turn left. Continue straight for approximately 1 km, and you will see Rudaki Park on your right before reaching the intersection with Ismoili Somoni Street.

If you are near the State National Museum of Tajikistan, simply exit the museum and head south on Rudaki Avenue. Walk for about 300 meters, and Rudaki Park will be directly in front of you.
