If you are in the center of Dushanbe, start at the main square, Rudaki Park. Head east towards Ayni Street. Walk straight along Ayni Street, passing by the National Museum of Tajikistan on your left. Continue walking for about 15-20 minutes. The Victory Monument will be on your right, located at the intersection of Ayni Street and the road leading to the main park.

From the Dushanbe International Airport, exit the airport and take a taxi to the nearest bus station. Once at the bus station, take a bus heading towards the city center. Get off at the Rudaki Park stop. From there, follow the previous walking directions to reach the Victory Monument.

Take a marshrutka (minibus) from any major stop in Dushanbe that heads towards the city center. Look for marshrutkas that display 'Rudaki' as a destination. Once you reach Rudaki Park, exit and walk along Ayni Street as described above to reach the Victory Monument.
