If you are in the central area of Sino, you can walk to the Botanical Garden located at Samad Gani St 4. Start by heading south on the main road, which is called Rudaki Avenue. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Samad Gani Street. Turn left onto Samad Gani Street and walk for about 500 meters. The entrance to the Botanical Garden will be on your right. The walk should take approximately 20-25 minutes.

For a quicker option, you can take a minibus (marshrutka) that goes towards the Botanical Garden. Head to the nearest minibus stop on Rudaki Avenue. Look for a minibus heading towards the city center or the botanical garden; routes 4 and 14 frequently pass by. The fare is usually around 3 Tajik Somoni. Once you board, inform the driver that you want to stop at the Botanical Garden. The journey will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. After disembarking, walk a short distance down Samad Gani Street to the entrance.
