Capital Park: A Green Oasis in Dushanbe

Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from any location in Rasht Valley, head towards Dushanbe. Use the M34 highway, which connects Rasht Valley to the capital city. The journey is approximately 140 kilometers and takes around 2-3 hours depending on traffic conditions. Once you reach Dushanbe, follow signs for Karamov Street. Capital Park is located at HQXC+GHJ, Karamov Street, Dushanbe, Tajikistan. There is parking available near the park.

• Public Transportation (Minibus)

  To reach Capital Park using public transportation, catch a minibus (marshrutka) from Rasht Valley to Dushanbe. Minibuses frequently depart from Rasht Valley and take about 2-3 hours. Once you arrive in Dushanbe, you can take a taxi or another marshrutka to Karamov Street. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at Capital Park or near Karamov Street. The cost for the minibus is usually around 20-30 Tajik Somoni.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from Rasht Valley to Dushanbe. This option is more expensive, typically costing between 150-200 Tajik Somoni. Inform the driver that your destination is Capital Park located at HQXC+GHJ, Karamov Street. This ride will also take approximately 2-3 hours depending on traffic.

• Walking

  If you find yourself near Karamov Street in Dushanbe, Capital Park is easily accessible by foot. Look for the entrance to the park, which should be marked. Remember that the park opens at 4 PM, so plan your visit accordingly.
