If you are driving, start from Khorog, the capital of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region. Take the A370 highway heading east. Enjoy the scenic drive along the Panj River. After approximately 3 hours, you'll reach a junction at the village of Vrang. Turn left onto a smaller road leading directly to Vrang. The Buddhist Stupa is located at coordinates 37.0075296, 72.3727379, which is a short distance from the main road. Follow the signs to the stupa, and be prepared for some unpaved sections.
