Getting There

Car
If you are traveling by car from Hisor Valley to the Seven Lakes, head southeast on the M34 highway. The journey is approximately 90 kilometers and takes about 2 hours. Follow the M34 towards the city of Khorog. Once you reach the turnoff for the A373 road towards the Seven Lakes, take that road and continue for 30 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to the lakes. Parking is available near the lakes.

To reach Seven Lakes via public transportation, first take a marshrutka (minibus) from Hisor to Dushanbe, which will cost around 15 TJS. From Dushanbe, you can catch a bus or another marshrutka heading towards Khorog. The fare is about 30 TJS. Once you reach Khorog, you can hire a taxi or find a local shared taxi to the Seven Lakes for roughly 150 TJS. The taxi ride will take approximately 1.5 hours.
