Start at the central square of Tursunzoda, near the large statue of Ismoil Somoni. From the square, head east along the main road (Rudaki Avenue) towards Dushanbe. Keep walking straight for about 3 to 4 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Dushanbe. You will see the flagpole in the distance as you approach the city.

From Tursunzoda, you can take a marshrutka (minibus) heading towards Dushanbe. Board the marshrutka at any major bus stop in Tursunzoda. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Rudaki Avenue. Once you get off, walk towards Rudaki Avenue and follow the road until you see the World Tallest Flagpole ahead.
