Walking
From Vahdat city center, head towards the main road (A370). Walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Leningrad Street. Turn left onto Leningrad Street and continue walking until you arrive at the bus station. Here, you can catch a bus heading to Dushanbe. Ensure to board a bus that has 'Dushanbe' written on it. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.
Public Transport
After arriving at Dushanbe bus station, exit the bus and look for a local taxi or shared minibus (marshrutka) heading towards Varzob. The marshrutka station is located just outside the bus terminal. Ask locals or the staff for directions to the Varzob marshrutka. The fare is usually very affordable. Once on the marshrutka, sit back and enjoy the scenic ride which will take around 20 minutes. Get off at the Varzob stop, which is well known among locals.
Walking
Once you arrive at the Varzob stop, walk straight down to the riverbank. You will find signs pointing towards the recreational areas along the Varzob River.
