If you are starting from the Arusha Central Market, exit the market and head southeast on Boma Road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with Old Moshi Road. At the junction, turn left onto Old Moshi Road and walk for another 500 meters. You will see Uhuru Monument on your right, just past the junction with Amani Road.

From the Arusha Clock Tower, walk south along Clock Tower Street until you reach the junction with Boma Road. Turn left onto Boma Road and walk for about 700 meters. Turn right at the junction with Old Moshi Road and continue walking for approximately 400 meters. Uhuru Monument will be on your left, just before the intersection with Amani Road.

Starting from the Arusha International Conference Centre, exit the center and head northeast on Uhuru Road. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Old Moshi Road. Turn right on Old Moshi Road and after about 300 meters, you will find Uhuru Monument on your left.

If you are coming from the Nyumba ya Sanaa (House of Culture), head southwest on Sokoine Road. Walk straight for about 800 meters until you reach the junction with Old Moshi Road. Turn left and walk for another 400 meters. Uhuru Monument will be on your right, just before you reach the junction with Amani Road.
