If you are driving from Dar es Salaam, head east on Nyerere Road (B1) towards Morogoro Road. Continue on B1 for about 10 kilometers until you reach the junction with the A7 road. Turn left onto A7 and follow it for approximately 25 kilometers, passing through several small towns. Take a right turn onto a dirt road (look for signs indicating Pande Game Reserve). Continue straight for about 5 kilometers until you reach the entrance of Pande Game Reserve. Be aware that the roads can be rough, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.

Public Transportation
To reach Pande Game Reserve using public transport, take a dala dala (minibus) from Dar es Salaam to Mbezi Beach. Dala dalas leave from various points in the city, such as the main bus station. Once you arrive at Mbezi Beach, you can hire a taxi or a motorcycle taxi (boda boda) to take you directly to Pande Game Reserve. The taxi ride should cost around 20,000 to 30,000 TZS, and the ride will take approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from Dar es Salaam. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand; it should range from 70,000 to 100,000 TZS for a one-way trip to Pande Game Reserve. The journey will take about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic conditions. Ensure the taxi driver is familiar with the area or use a map application to guide them.

For a local experience, you can hire a boda boda from the nearest dala dala stop at Mbezi Beach to Pande Game Reserve.
