Walking
Assuming you are in the center of Iringa, start at the Iringa bus station (known as 'Kituo cha Mabasi'). From the bus station, head northeast on the main road (Sokoine Road). Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Lindi Road. Turn left onto Lindi Road and walk for another 1 kilometer. Keep an eye out for local signs indicating 'Magic Site Mkwawa'. After about 1 kilometer, you will see the entrance to Magic Site Mkwawa on your right.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Iringa. Start at the Iringa bus station and take Sokoine Road, heading northeast. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers. When you reach the intersection with Lindi Road, turn left and ride for an additional 1 kilometer. Look for signage for 'Magic Site Mkwawa' along the route. The site will be on your right after about 1 kilometer of cycling from Lindi Road.
Public Transport (Boda Boda)
For a quicker option, you can take a Boda Boda (motorcycle taxi). From your location in Iringa, find a nearby Boda Boda stand (these are common around the city). Tell the driver you want to go to Magic Site Mkwawa. The driver will take you along Sokoine Road, turn left onto Lindi Road, and after about a 10-minute ride, you will arrive at the entrance of Magic Site Mkwawa. Ensure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
