Walking
From the center of Moshi, start at the Clock Tower, which is a well-known landmark. Head south on Uhuru Street towards the junction with Old Moshi Road. At the junction, turn left onto Old Moshi Road. Walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the Materuni Road. You will see signs pointing towards Materuni Village. Turn right onto Materuni Road and continue walking for approximately 5 kilometers. You will pass through a picturesque landscape and local villages. As you approach Materuni, keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Materuni Village Experience.

Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous and want to cycle, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Moshi. Begin at the Clock Tower and cycle south on Uhuru Street. Continue onto Old Moshi Road, cycling straight for about 1.5 kilometers. At the junction, turn right onto Materuni Road. This route is approximately 6.5 kilometers long in total. The path is mostly flat, but be cautious of other road users and the occasional potholes. Enjoy the scenic views as you approach Materuni Village.

Public Transport (Daladala)
To reach Materuni Village Experience using public transport, start at the Clock Tower in Moshi. Look for a 'Daladala' (shared minibus) heading towards Materuni. The Daladala station is located on the road behind the Clock Tower. Board a Daladala that is marked for Materuni or check with the conductor if you are unsure. The fare is usually very affordable. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes, and you will be dropped off at the main entrance of Materuni Village. From there, it’s a short walk to the Materuni Village Experience.
