Getting There

Walking
If you are in central Moshi, start at the Moshi Bus Stand (Moshi Main Bus Terminal). From there, head south along Sokoine Road until you reach the junction with Uhuru Street. Turn left onto Uhuru Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Mbuyuni Road. Turn right onto Mbuyuni Road and walk straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass by several shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye out for local signage. After approximately 15 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Shanty Town. Look for the building materials store located at M89C+XGR, which is your destination.

Bicycle
Begin your journey at the Moshi Bus Stand. Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops nearby. From the bus stand, cycle south on Sokoine Road, then take a left onto Uhuru Street. Continue cycling until you reach the intersection with Mbuyuni Road. Turn right onto Mbuyuni Road and follow it for about 1 kilometer. Be cautious of pedestrians and local traffic as you go. After about 15-20 minutes of cycling, you will arrive at Shanty Town. Your destination, the building materials store at M89C+XGR, will be on your right.

Motorbike Taxi (Boda Boda)
Find a Boda Boda (motorbike taxi) driver at a designated taxi stand or flag one down on the street. Tell the driver you want to go to M89C+XGR in Shanty Town. The driver will likely know the area well. The ride should take around 10 minutes depending on traffic. Ensure you wear a helmet for safety. You will be dropped off close to your destination; just look for the building materials store, which will be located nearby.
