    Start from the center of Mwanza, near the Mwanza City Park. Head south on Nkrumah Street towards the lake. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the corner of the lake. Take the first exit towards the Isamilo neighborhood. Follow the signs for Saanane National Park. The park is located on the small island in the lake, and there are ferry services available from the mainland. Look for the ferry terminal at Isamilo, which will take you directly to the park.

    If you prefer to walk, start in the central area of Mwanza. Head towards the lakefront and follow the pathway along the shore.
