Bicycle
If you're in the Mwanza city center, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Start by heading south towards the main road (Nyerere Road). Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, then take the second exit onto Tunza Road. Follow Tunza Road, and you will find Malaika Beach Resort on your right-hand side, just before the lake.
Boda Boda (Motorcycle Taxi)
From the Mwanza city center, you can easily find a boda boda (motorcycle taxi). Tell the driver you want to go to Malaika Beach Resort located on Tunza Road. They will take you directly to the resort, which is approximately a 15-20 minute ride depending on traffic.
Walking
If you prefer walking and are staying in Mwanza city center, head towards Nyerere Road. Walk south and look for signs directing you to Tunza Road. Once on Tunza Road, continue walking until you reach the resort. It is a scenic walk along the waterfront, taking about 1-1.5 hours.
Public Transport (Daladala)
To reach Malaika Beach Resort via daladala (shared minibus), board a daladala heading towards Kisesa or Mbugani from the main bus station in Mwanza. Inform the conductor you want to get off at Tunza Road. Once you disembark, walk a short distance along Tunza Road towards the lake, and you will arrive at the resort.
