Walking
From the center of Mwanza, head southeast toward the waterfront along the main street. You will pass the Mwanza Waterfront Park on your left. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at Kijiji area. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Nyerere Rd. Keep walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach a traffic light. Continue straight through the traffic light, and you will see signs for Mwaloni Market. After another 500 meters, turn left onto a smaller road, and you will find Mwaloni Market on your right.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Mwanza city center and head towards the waterfront. Cycle along the lakefront road, which is scenic and relatively flat. Continue past the Mwanza Waterfront Park, and then keep going until you reach the Kijiji roundabout. Take the second exit onto Nyerere Rd, and cycle for about 1 kilometer. After passing the traffic lights, look for signs indicating Mwaloni Market and turn left onto the smaller road after about 500 meters. The market will be on your right side.
