Car
To reach Lake Manyara National Park from Ruaha National Park by car, start by heading northwest on the A104 road. Follow the A104 towards Iringa and continue on this road for approximately 100 kilometers. When you reach the junction near Iringa, take the B1 road heading towards Dodoma. After about 60 kilometers, you will reach the town of Mbeya. From Mbeya, continue on the B1 until you reach the T-junction with the A7 road. Turn left onto the A7 towards Babati. Follow this road for approximately 80 kilometers until you see signs for Lake Manyara National Park. The park entrance is well-marked, and you will need to pay an entrance fee upon arrival.

Public Transportation
If you prefer to travel by public transportation, take a bus from Ruaha National Park to Iringa. Buses frequently depart from the main bus station in Iringa. From Iringa, look for buses heading towards Dodoma; these will take you to Mbeya. Once in Mbeya, you can take another bus to Babati. After you arrive in Babati, find local transport (such as a taxi or a dala-dala, which is a local minibus) that can take you to the entrance of Lake Manyara National Park. Be sure to confirm the final destination with the driver. Also, keep in mind that you will need to budget for bus fares at each leg of your journey, which can vary based on the distance and bus company.
