    From the Selous Game Reserve, head northwest on the A7 road towards the town of Mikumi. This drive will take approximately 2 hours. Once you reach Mikumi, continue on the A7 until you reach the junction with the B126 road. Turn left onto B126 and continue driving for about 35 kilometers until you reach the town of Matamba. The entrance to Kitulo National Park is located just outside Matamba. Please ensure your vehicle has enough fuel, as fuel stations may be limited in this area.

    Begin your journey from Selous Game Reserve by taking a taxi or a local bus to Mikumi. This will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Mikumi, look for the bus station and take a bus heading towards Matamba. The bus ride should take about 1 hour. Upon arrival in Matamba, you can either walk (approximately 10-15 minutes) or take a motorcycle taxi (boda-boda) to the entrance of Kitulo National Park. Be prepared to pay a small fee for the motorcycle taxi, which typically costs around 2,000 TZS.
