Look for signs that indicate the entrance to Muhesi Game Reserve, which will be on your left. The route is relatively flat, making it suitable for all cycling levels.

In Singida, find a local Boda Boda stand. Negotiate a fare and tell the driver you want to go to Muhesi Game Reserve on B 141. The ride will take about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Starting from Singida's central market, walk southeast toward the main road. Continue straight until you reach the B 141 highway.
