Walking
From the Forodhani Gardens in Stone Town, head southeast along the waterfront, taking in the views of the ocean. Continue walking along the coast until you reach the Old Fort (Ngome Kongwe). Turn left onto Kenyatta Road, which will lead you away from the coast. Follow Kenyatta Road until you come to the intersection with Karume Road. Turn right onto Karume Road. The Karume Monument will be located on your left side after a short walk.
