From the heart of Stone Town, head towards Forodhani Gardens. Exit the gardens and turn left onto the beachfront road, known as the seafront promenade. Continue walking along this road until you reach the Old Fort (Ngome Kongwe). It is located at the intersection of Hurumzi Street and the seafront road. The entrance to Ngome Kongwe is easily recognizable with its large stone walls.
