If you are starting from the Forodhani Gardens, head east towards the Old Fort (Ngome Kongwe). Once you reach the Old Fort, take the road that runs along the coast, known as Mizingani Road. Continue walking along Mizingani Road until you reach the intersection with Malindi Road. Turn left onto Malindi Road, and after a short distance, you will see the Old Dispensary on your right.
