If you are starting from the Forodhani Gardens, head east towards the Old Fort (Ngome Kongwe). Once you reach the Old Fort, take the road that runs along the coast, known as Mizingani Road. Continue walking along Mizingani Road until you reach the intersection with Malindi Road. Turn left onto Malindi Road, and after a short distance, you will see the Old Dispensary on your right.

Starting from the House of Wonders (Beit-al-Ajaib), exit towards the waterfront and head south on Mizingani Road. When you reach the intersection with Malindi Road, turn right. Continue straight on Malindi Road for about 300 meters, and you will find the Old Dispensary on your left.

If you are near the Darajani Market, exit the market and head towards the main road (Mkunazini Street). Walk south on Mkunazini Street until you reach the intersection with Malindi Road. Turn right onto Malindi Road and continue walking for about 200 meters. The Old Dispensary will be on your left side.
