Getting There

    If you're in Stone Town, start at the Forodhani Gardens, which is a popular waterfront area. From there, head east along the coast on the main road called Mizingani Road. After about a 10-minute walk, you'll reach the intersection with Darajani Street. Turn left onto Darajani Street and continue walking straight for about 5 minutes. Darajani Bazaar will be on your right, just after the intersection with Gizenga Street.

    If you're staying near the Old Fort (Ngome Kongwe), exit the fort and head south towards the main road, Mizingani Road. Turn right and walk along Mizingani Road for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Darajani Street. Turn left onto Darajani Street and walk straight for about 5 minutes. You will find Darajani Bazaar on your right side.

    From the House of Wonders (Beit-al-Ajaib), exit and walk towards the beach. Turn left onto Mizingani Road and walk straight for about 7 minutes until you reach the intersection with Darajani Street. Turn left onto Darajani Street. Continue walking for about 5 minutes, and you will see Darajani Bazaar on your right.
