Car
Start your journey from Stone Town, the capital of Zanzibar. Drive southeast on the B2 road towards Chwaka. After approximately 30 minutes, you will reach the junction near Chwaka Bay. Continue on the B2 for another 10 minutes until you reach the small road leading to Uzi Island. Follow the signs towards Uzi Island, and park your vehicle at the designated area near the boat landing. Note that there may be a small parking fee.

From Stone Town, take a daladala (minibus) heading to Chwaka. The fare is around 2,000 TZS (Tanzanian Shillings). Inform the driver that you want to go to Uzi Island. After about 40 minutes, get off at Chwaka. From there, you will need to find a local taxi or a motorbike taxi to take you to the Uzi Island boat landing area, which may cost approximately 5,000 to 10,000 TZS.
