If you are starting from Asheville, NC, for example, take I-40 westbound. Continue on I-40 until you reach Exit 192 for US-431 N. Follow US-431 N for about 25 miles, then merge onto TN-76 W. Continue on TN-76 W for approximately 10 miles until you reach Adams. Turn onto Keysburg Rd, and the cave entrance will be on your right. Look for signage to direct you to the parking area. Note that parking is free.
