If you are traveling by car, head towards Rock Island, TN 38581. From Nashville, TN, take I-40 E and merge onto US-70 E towards Dickson. Continue on US-70 E for about 70 miles until you reach the junction with US-27 S. Merge onto US-27 S and drive for approximately 30 miles. Take the exit towards Rock Island State Park. Follow signage to Twin Falls. The parking area is near the visitor center, and from there, a short hike will lead you to the falls.
