If you are driving from downtown Nashville, head south on 4th Ave N toward Broadway. Continue straight onto US-31 S. Follow US-31 S for approximately 5 miles. Take a left onto Old Hickory Blvd, then quickly turn right onto Bell Rd. Continue on Bell Rd for about 1 mile, and you will see Confederate Redoubt #4 on your left. Parking is available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Confederate Redoubt #4 using public transportation, start at the Nashville Public Library and take the MTA bus route 3 toward 12 South. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop near Old Hickory Blvd. From there, you will need to walk approximately 0.5 miles south on Old Hickory Blvd to reach Confederate Redoubt #4.
