If you are driving from central locations in Middle Tennessee, take I-40 East towards Knoxville. Continue on I-40 for approximately 120 miles. Take exit 407 for US-441 S toward Gatlinburg. Follow US-441 S for about 12 miles, which will take you directly into Gatlinburg. Once in Gatlinburg, turn left onto Parkway, and you will find Ripley's Believe It or Not! at 800 Parkway, on your left.
