Car
If you are driving, start from downtown Chattanooga. Head west on 4th Street and continue onto Broad Street. Take a left on W 20th Street, which will become US-27 N. Merge onto I-24 W towards Nashville. Take exit 174A to merge onto US-27 N toward Lookout Mountain. Follow US-27 N for about 5 miles, then take exit 1 for Scenic Highway. Keep left at the fork to continue on Scenic Highway, and Ruby Falls will be on your right at 1720 Scenic Hwy.
Public Transportation
To reach Ruby Falls via public transportation, start by taking the Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) bus route 4 from downtown Chattanooga. Get off at the Scenic Highway stop. From there, it is about a 15-20 minute walk to Ruby Falls. Head southeast on Scenic Highway for approximately 1 mile, and you will find Ruby Falls at 1720 Scenic Hwy on your left.
