Car
If you are driving from Chattanooga Valley, start on US-27 South. Continue for approximately 10 miles. Take the exit toward I-24 East and merge onto I-24 East. Stay on I-24 for about 3 miles and then take exit 185 for US-27 North toward Chattanooga. After approximately 1 mile, take the exit for 4th St. and turn right onto 4th St. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles, then turn left onto Chestnut St. The Creative Discovery Museum will be on your right at 321 Chestnut St, Chattanooga, TN 37402. Parking may incur a fee, so be prepared for potential costs.

If you prefer public transportation, take the Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) bus. Look for the Route 1 bus that runs from the Chattanooga Valley area to downtown Chattanooga. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop to your location. The ride will take about 30-40 minutes. Get off at the stop nearest to 4th St. and Chestnut St. From there, walk two blocks south on Chestnut St. The museum will be on your right at 321 Chestnut St. Make sure to check the CARTA schedule for exact times and any fare costs.
