Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from downtown Chattanooga, head towards Broad Street. Walk south on Market Street until you reach Broad Street. Turn right onto Broad Street, and continue walking for about 0.3 miles. The Tennessee Aquarium will be on your left at 1 Broad St, Chattanooga, TN 37402.

  • Public Transportation (Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority - CARTA)

    You can take the CARTA bus service to reach the aquarium. If you are near the Chattanooga Choo Choo station, catch the H route towards the Tennessee Aquarium. The bus stop is located on the main road. The ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Once you get off, the Tennessee Aquarium will be a short walk away, just across the street at 1 Broad St.

  • Biking

    If you have access to a bike, you can ride along the Riverwalk. Start from the Tennessee Riverpark and follow the path that runs alongside the river. After about 2 miles, you will reach the aquarium. Lock your bike at the bike racks available near the entrance.
