If you are starting from downtown Clarksville, walk south on N 2nd St towards College St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Riverside Dr. Turn left onto Riverside Dr and follow it as it curves to the right. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Old Dunbar Cave Rd. Turn right onto Old Dunbar Cave Rd, and the park entrance will be on your left at 401 Old Dunbar Cave Rd.

From downtown Clarksville, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the Montgomery County Public Transit bus that heads towards the area near Dunbar Cave State Park. You may need to transfer at the main transit hub on Wilma Rudolph Blvd. Ask the bus driver to let you know when you reach a stop near Old Dunbar Cave Rd. Once you get off, walk north on Old Dunbar Cave Rd for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at the park entrance at 401 Old Dunbar Cave Rd.
