From downtown Clarksville, take the Clarksville Transit System bus route 1 towards the mall. Get off at the last stop at the mall. From there, transfer to bus route 6 towards Kingston Springs. Stay on this bus until you reach the Kingston Springs stop. Once you get off the bus, walk southwest on Highway 70 for about 0.5 miles until you reach Narrows of the Harpeth Rd. Turn left onto Narrows of the Harpeth Rd, and walk for approximately 1 mile until you arrive at Harpeth River State Park.

If you are comfortable riding a bicycle, rent one from a local shop in Clarksville. Start by heading west on Franklin St, then take a left onto Riverside Dr. Continue on Riverside Dr until you reach the intersection with Highway 70. Turn right onto Highway 70 and follow it for about 10 miles. Once you reach Narrows of the Harpeth Rd, turn left, and the park entrance will be on your right after about 1 mile.
