Getting There

• Walking

  If you are currently within Dollywood, head towards the exit of the park. When you exit, turn left onto Dollywood Parks Blvd. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Pine Mountain Road. Cross the road and continue straight onto the Parkway (US-441). After about 1.5 miles, you will find The Island in Pigeon Forge on your right. Arcade City is located inside The Island at 131 The Island Dr #1105.

• Car

  From Dollywood, exit the park and turn left onto Dollywood Parks Blvd. Continue straight to the intersection with Parkway (US-441). Turn left onto Parkway and drive about 1.5 miles. Look for The Island in Pigeon Forge on the right side of the road. Use the entrance to The Island and find Arcade City at 131 The Island Dr #1105. Note that parking may incur a fee depending on the time of day.

• Public Transportation

  If you prefer using public transportation, check for local trolley services that operate in the Pigeon Forge area. Board the trolley that heads towards The Island in Pigeon Forge. The trolley will drop you off at The Island, which is a short walk from Dollywood. Once you arrive at The Island, Arcade City is located at 131 The Island Dr #1105. Trolley fares may apply, so ensure you have the correct change or a prepaid pass.
