If you're traveling by car within Duck River Valley, start by heading towards Highway 70. Continue on Highway 70 West for approximately 18 miles until you reach the junction with Highway 641. Take the exit for Highway 641 South. Follow Highway 641 for about 12 miles, then take the exit for Highway 190 East. Continue on Highway 190 for about 5 miles until you see the signs for Nathan Bedford Forrest State Park on Pilot Knob Rd. Turn left onto Pilot Knob Rd, and the park entrance will be on your right. Note that there is a parking fee for the state park, which may vary, so check the latest information at the park entrance.
